Everything was simply really good. Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a REALLY NICE stay on the first night of out stay. The location was excellent and next to a lake and a hill. This hotel was located in a beautiful area. Overall it was nicely furnished with a balcony.

This place is amazing and super cute, the rooms are modern and just fantastic. We really enjoyed having balconies in our rooms, such a great touch! the location is unbeatable, right next to a boat dock 🚤.

The breakfast at the restaurant is really good. the rooms are big, tidy, and come with an amazing view, plus there's a terrace and balconies too. the hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful renovated castle church 🏰.

The hotel is in an awesome and marvellous location, right by a boat dock. Very kind and nice staff as one would expect. The double room is modern and has a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

the staff were excellent. the views of the lake and marina were absolutely breathtaking. 3. the location was stunning, right next to a bus stop. 4. the room was well-furnished and the beds were comfortable.

That was gorgeous and absolutely fabulous hotel set in pretty nice area, really close to ferry terminal as well as lake. Good service, although a few employees were horrible. Booked a room with a balcony. Food was appetising and I have nothing but great memories from this trip...

Fairly clean and well-kept hotel with excellent view to the sea and Spiez marina. Large bedroom. Stunning location to Spielzeugmuseum Spiez. Delicious meal at in-house restaurant.

Horrible staff!

We had a fairly nice stay on the first night of out stay.

The hotel was clean, facilities were good, stunning and awesome location not far from anywhere the train station is close to the ferry, ferry terminal and the shore of thun lake with excellent view.

Clean rooms, beautiful river view from balconies, kind and helpful staff, convenient location near train station and ferry, good breakfast, cozy ambiance.

The hotel is well-kept. I loved the idea of having a double room. - My room came equipped with a safe box, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge bar. - the hotel's location right by the water next to the castle is lovely.

the location was amazing and favorable, right on the coast, perfect for a family vacation. the room was very large, with a good bed. 3. the staff tried to be really helpful and made our stay a very nice experience.

Well, it was a very nice stay on the first night of out stay. New-fashioned room, comfortable bed and we thoroughly enjoyed particularly good bathroom. The location was excellent - near cruise terminal, and the restaurant down stairs.

The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

The room is huge and neat with comfortable bed. It has unbeatable location steps away from reformed castle church.
